Three sisters, Indra, Kamla and Sita, were cooking at home, making their much-loved family recipes for family and friends. What started as a means to pass the time became a venerable institution of the F&B industry, the first to bring Indian cuisine to the curious Filipino. Such was the acceptance of Kashmir that many regarded it as an extension of their living room. Since then and over a long and colorful past, Kashmir has held on to an idea of “Introducing Indian Hospitality to Filipinos by turning Mystique into Magic.” This core value of creating a safe dining haven with traditional North Indian dishes with the very best ingredients, served with dedication, love and joy, has done the brand well for 48 years.
